Cosiflor System 2021
Innovations
Perfection in modern profile design
The new aluminium profile stands out thanks to its elegant and timeless appearance. It is completely closed, making it is easy to clean. The slender rail fits optimally into pleated blinds and achieves unparalleled stability due to an improved cross section.
Cleverly hidden – the mounting clip
With a height of 1.4 mm the clip for beading, bracket or ceiling mounting set in the profile disappears almost invisibly and allows only a minimal light gap. When disassembling, a small tab will help to avoid damage to the window or ceiling.
Rail colours with colour-coordinated components
Colours are incredibly effective when designing living spaces – for this reason, we have revised our rail colours and in future the plastic parts will optimally match the colour of the rail. 5 rail colours are available for the majority of the Cosiflor pleated blind systems: matt white, matt dark brown, matt anthracite, anodized silver and anodized bronze. The colours matt grey and brushed aluminium are additionally offered for the individual models. You can find all rail colours under the product information.
Cut from the same cloth – uniform profile appearance
No matter whether as standard or special model types. All the rails have the same appearance and fit together optimally. Pioneering design combined with perfected technology.
Tensioned and cleverly bonded – VS 2 Slide and VS 2 Slide Comfort
Both models are mounted to the window without the need for drilling with the use of adhesive rails – a must-have for rented flats. The handle bar is guided in the adhesive rail and keeps the pleated blinds in position – even with tilt and turn windows. The two models form a product line and complement each other perfectly. While the VS 2 Slide scores with its low rail and is preferably used on narrow windows, the VS 2 Slide Comfort is highly suitable for wider windows. The adhesive solution can even be removed after several years without leaving any residue behind.
Mounting in the beading without drilling using the tensioning shoe bottom with a sticky pad
Not only in rental properties is the installation with the tension shoe with a sticky pad a true alternative to the traditional mounting in the beading with drilling. The adhesive pads are made from a single mould with the tension shoe components and are bonded directly in the glazing rebate – the clamping shoe top parts of the pleated blinds can be secured directly to it. The mounting can be performed within a few minutes and the disassembly can be performed easily even after several years and without leaving any residue behind.
F1: Cord lock enables intuitive control
The new patented cord lock enables new options in the operation and can be used for both free-hanging, rectangular systems as well as slope systems. For opening, simply pull the cord to the middle of the pleated blind and gravity will take care of the rest. For closing, you can pull the cord in any direction, even vertically downwards. The response time for the return is extremely quick. Even after triggering as per the Child Safety Directive, the cords will not run into the blind. This function is made possible by a patented, innovative technology.
Cord tassel
The topic of child safety is also of the greatest of importance in the area of sun protection. For this reason, all cord-operated systems are delivered with a safety cord tassel as standard. This opens as soon as the cords are pulled apart 60 mm and are simultaneously loaded with 6 kg. The subsequent assembly is very simple. The cord tassel is optionally available without the child safety function.
F4: Chain operation with child safety break away gear
All chain-operated units are provided with a child safety gear. This will be triggered as soon as a load of more than 6 kg is applied to both sides of the chain. The chain wheel can then be put back again in just a few simple steps.
FE A – the battery solution for price-conscious technology enthusiasts
On the electric system FE A, the curtain of the pleated blind system can be moved to the desired position with a powerful 7.4 V motor. With 2,6000 mAh, the battery has a remarkably high storage capacity and will supply the motor over a long period of time. Here, it can be integrated into the head rail and as a result is not visible. Despite its extraordinary output and capacity, this electric system is priced in the entry-level range and offers an excellent price-performance ratio. The electric pleated blinds can be operated individually or as groups. The remote control operates via radio, ensuring that the comfort is ensured everywhere.
Ready for smart pleated blind systems with FE Homematic IP
Automate the control of your pleated blind system using the system of the market leader – Homematic IP. An integrated battery motor moves the curtain of the pleated blind system to the desired position. Operation is done via smartphone app, optional radio remote control or voice control. Of course, the motor can also be connected with other Homematic IP components such as window contacts, sun sensors, etc. In this manner, you can benefit from the numerous possibilities and functions available to your SmartHome.
Cleverly designed – the pioneering solution for roof windows
The DF Comfort models are optionally equipped with magnetic fixation, ensuring a firm securing of the upper rail. The U-rails ensure a clearly minimised incidence of light and cleverly hide all mounting elements, while the sliders inserted in the back ensure a harmonious guidance of the handle bar. All Comfort models are optionally available with a brush strip, which additionally ensures a minimisation of the incidence of light.
