Social responsibility is an integral part of the global company policy at Blöcker. For this reason, we aim to align business success, a positive working atmosphere and health concepts for the well-being of our employees.
We bank on training young people. At the moment, we offer apprenticeships for merchants in wholesale and foreign trade as well as for warehouse logistics. We prioritise the employment of apprentices who have finished their training, thus constantly building up our human resources. It goes without saying that we offer further training for our employees.
